TK IMAC Ministry - Day Camp - September 12, 2020

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

It is with great excitement that we invite your child to join us for our first JTK IMAC Ministry Day Camp Program at:

We have an action-packed program lined up for this Saturday September 12th, 2020, starting at 10:30 a.m. and finishing at 5:00 p.m. 

We kindly ask that you access the link below to complete the online Registration Form by this Thursday September 10th. 

A $25.00 Registration Fee is required and is due upon enrolment.  The fee covers lunch, drinks and snacks. 

For your convenience, we created an online required Covid-19 Assessment Form to be completed by you the day of the camp, link below.  Please print the completed questionnaire and bring with your child on Saturday.  In addition, please ensure that your child has a face mask with him/her to use for indoor activities.
